I called Tire Butler this morning at 11:30 a.m.to ask if they could send a mobile truck over to fix a flat tire for my friend who was visiting from the U.S. My friend had driven over a pot hole the day before and was concerned that there was damage to the rim and that she’d have to replace the tire. Ninety minutes later, a technician showed up, removed the damaged tire and rim, diagnosed the problem, fixed the tire and put the tire and rim back on, telling my friend that she didn’t need to buy a new tire. Tire Butler provides amazing, fast and expert service! An awesome business run by amazing staff.

Just would like to give an excellent Shout Out to Tire Butler & Josh. I am leaving for Florida & I wanted to get an oil change & a tire rotation done on the vehicle I am driving to Florida with. I contacted 3 different Toyota dealers to get this done & all 3 told me that they were not booking until the first week in December. I then thought of Tire Butler after remembering seeing one of their trucks on the road a couple of months earlier. I spoke with Josh on a Monday & he arranged for someone to come by my house the next day to rotate the tires. The job was completed professionally and as promised. I then took the vehicle into Mr. Lube who did the oil change & filter in 15 minutes.,Thank you Tire Butler and Josh for helping me out and remembering what customer service is all about. The Toyota dealerships in the GTA really need to learn something about customer service. Thanks again. I'll send you a postcard from the sunny south!!!!

Excellent service; quick, efficient, conscientious staff; all around lifesavers! Besides the ease of not needing to visit a garage to have my tires changed, Tire Butler is great in emergency situations! I recently skidded a curb and blew one of my summer tires -- rather than call CAA for roadside assistance, I called Tire Butler, who showed up with my winter tires in under 20 minutes, changed out all my tires in the parking lot where I'd pulled over, and arranged for a new replacement summer tire to be ordered and stored in their facility. I felt extremely well taken care of and grateful to be a Tire Butler customer!

Phenomenal experience working with TireButler on finding the best tire for my vehicle. Spoke with Josh and he provided and recommended the most adequate all season tire. I booked an appointment for the following week, one of their technicians showed up at my place and installed the new tires. They also took the old ones as I no longer had a purpose for them. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend.

Love Tire Butler! They have always been on time and efficient. While not cheap, the convenience is worth it. We also had an emergency situation (blown out tire) and they squeezed us in, which I very much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service! I've been servicing with Tire Butler in the last 4 years. Our kids bring their cars to our driveway and we get all four cars serviced. Very professional, fast, and courteous. They diagnosed a problem that was caused by my previous installer (he did not put O rings and as a result the car was vibrating at highway speed). When one of the cars had a flat tire, they were able to find me a new tire faster than my Toronto dealership (Subaru). I highly recommend!

I have used Tire Butler before and it was a super easy and simple way to have my tires changed. This time I was in a pinch but Karen was able to fit me into the schedule - same day! They came onsite (no waiting in lines forever to get my winters off) while i was in a meeting. I left them the key, they changed the tires and it was done. I am very grateful for their help and excellent service. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I have used Tire Butler for all my cars exclusively since 2010. During that time, I have bought 6 complete sets of high end tires, 3 of which were wheel & tires sets. In each case their prices were the best I could find anywhere, including TireRack landed, Canadian prices. The service is prompt, professional at a reasonable price. They torque each wheel nut and reset the TPMS. Cannot ask for better.

I have had really good reliable people sent to my home by tire butler,to do my service twice a year for many years now. I am handicap due to a mva,and tire butler has been good at changing my tires every summer and winter.they have also provided me with new snow tires when I needed to change.great service for aging population as well. it was my dad who started me on this,when he was in poor health,he used the service too,and has now passed away,but I recommend the service to all his friends and mine

Best tire service I have ever encountered!! I had a flat tire late at night and needed to have my tire replaced. Tire butler came first thing the next morning and installed a loaner in no time and within a few days they came to my office and installed a new tire. Saved me time and aggravation. Great idea, service, technicians. People were on-time, communicated well before during and after service. Professional. Highly recommended. Keep in mind that their service is highly seasonal and demand is big pre-snow fall. Plan ahead to book service if you are using the winter/summer swap program!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Tire Butler! This was the first time using their service. Not only was the experience from start to finish a great one, but Tire Butler just saved me a ton of $$ by fixing my two tires rather than having to replace them - which is what I was told by my car dealership! Furthermore, I was only charged for 1 tire repair as the second did not need fixing!! Great lesson learned and a big THANK YOU to the Tire Butler team!

Came in to have a rim repaired from a sign falling and denting it. Was called back after a while to let me know the rim was repaired but when I arrived, the rim was no longer round and the clear coat was missing on that side. Spoke with the manager and asked him if he even bothered to inspect it before calling me?!? I refused the rim and left it with them to be fixed properly. Upon my second visit, the rim was still not perfectly round and I was told that this was the best they could do. I was not even offered a refund for my time and gas having to come back twice. To make matters worse, after five months, the clear coat started peeling. I contacted the company to let them know and I was told that they were too busy and would get back to me when they have time. To this day I have not even received a call regarding the repair. They were friendly and nice when it came time to take my money but the service during and after is complete garbage! They should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people and calling themselves a business! Too bad you cannot give a negative star review because even one star is too much! Get your rims repaired somewhere else that treats you with respect and not just as a dollar sign!
